These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://studiogayatri.in and any purchase you make from Gayatri Opulence (“StudioGayatri”).
General
By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Products & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product details and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by them. We reserve the right to change prices for physical or digital items at any time without notice.
Product offerings & nature of goods
Our store offers both physical products (handcrafted clay jewellery and accessories) and digital products (print-ready digital files, including jewellery cards, posters, thank you cards) and other such digital bundles etc.
License for digital products
When you purchase a digital product from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the file for personal use or small-scale commercial display (such as packaging your own physical products). You may not resell, share, sub-license, modify, or redistribute the digital files themselves in any digital or editable format.
Orders & payment
Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay). Accepted payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets, are displayed at checkout.
For Digital Products (PDFs, Cards & Posters): Orders are confirmed, and digital download links are delivered instantly or via email immediately once the payment is successfully authenticated and received through the payment gateway.
For Physical Products (Clay Jewellery & Accessories): Orders are confirmed and marked for processing/dispatch only after payment is successfully received through the payment gateway. You will receive a separate confirmation notification with tracking details once the physical item is shipped.
Cancellations
Physical products: Orders for physical products can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our Refund Policy.
Digital products: All sales of digital products are final. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads (files are instantly accessible upon purchase), we do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or store credits for digital items once the order is completed and the download link is generated.
Limitation of liability
Gayatri Opulence (trading as StudioGayatri) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where our registered business is located.
