Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

At Gayatri Opulence (“StudioGayatri”) we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we offer both handcrafted physical items and digital files, this policy explains our terms for each category.

1. Physical Products (Clay Jewellery & Accessories)

Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Only products that are damaged during shipping can be returned. Providing an unedited unboxing video of your package is mandatory to claim any shipping damages.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations: Physical orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return if it arrives damaged as per our return policy above.

2. Digital Products (Print-Ready Files, Cards, Posters etc.)

Returns & Exchanges: All sales of digital products are final. Due to the instant-download, electronic nature of digital files, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credits once the order has been processed and the download link has been generated.

Refunds: Because digital files cannot be physically returned or untaken, digital products are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellations: Due to instant automated delivery, digital product purchases cannot be cancelled once completed.

Technical Assistance: If you experience any technical difficulties opening, downloading, or accessing your purchased files, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will gladly assist you or email the files directly.
